He went through everything with me at the outset to make sure I understood everything -- from the contract terms, to the materials we were using, how the company approaches labor and resources, how the schedule would work, and what to expect in terms of final results.
Project Manager Professionalism: Scott is fantastic. In addition to the strong communication skills listed in my previous comment, he was extremely hands on -- he came out to the house frequently and looked over the work, and when there were glitches (which were very few), he was quick to come up with a solution or at a minimum, a solid compromise.
Clean & Safe: The crew cleaned up daily and the site was pretty spotless when they weren't working. They even went the extra distance and got rid of some things that my landscaping contractor left behind.
Areas Of Satisfaction: I am thrilled with the results of the exterior work on my mid-century modern home. They were able to tastefully update the materials (siding, roof and windows) while maintaining the authenticity and charm of the time period. The house looks spectacular and it appears brand new. The windows that were installed have kept the house much warmer, and I am so glad the roof was redone in time for the heavy rains we have received this season.
Recognized Excellence: Scott Herndon and his crew leader, Jose, were exceptional. The quality of the work is very high, and they treated my project as though it was the highest priority, and were very attentive to my needs as the homeowner.
