I have done that. I think there are some things that Michael will try and has tried with them to incorporate how they go forward. The people we worked with and the quality of the product, we are pleased with. They were great to work with. We appreciate the commitment to quality that Mark, Michael, Rick and Danny and the whole team have. They had the commitment to finish the project that we were pleased and satisfied with. We are pleased with the quality of the work and the relationship we built along the way.
Points Of Satisfaction: I liked working with them because of their commitment to quality, specifically the great work and the above and beyond attitude with Michael and Danny. They were our day to day contact. Michael was always in contact with us and coming up with ideas to save us in a quality way. It wanted to make sure we were happy. He had the commitment to quality and the attitude to go above and beyond. It was greatly appreciated. It was better quality than expected. The relationship established with them too. We put a lot of faith into them, the company, and the crew. Professionalism is important. It was very good and allowed us to get through hurdles.

Josh was unfailingly reliable, responsive, thoughtful, creative, and amazingly detail-oriented. When he said he would do something, he did it. When challenges were presented he addressed them quickly and effectively. No drama, no tensions.

They didn't get started on anything until everything was in place, so after they got started there were no delays. We got all new windows, tile flooring, and paint, and once they got everything ready to go, it was all done in five weeks. It was an awful lot of stuff, but they were very organized. There were hardly any little delays at all because they had all the subcontractors all lined up so perfectly and all the products ready to put in.

Points Of Satisfaction: Organized, timely,knowledgable, efficient. I had no worries during the project; Trace handled everything.The Hvac guy did an excellent job of rerouting the the ducts.

Punchlist: The enire project was completed early. Lankford Hardware kept the project from being completed up to a month early and it was our fault for selecting them. Trace stayed on top of this and never let it fall off the radar screen.
