  • The Guild Quality survey system is consistent with our company standard of ethics and has proven consistent results from each of our clients. Guild Quality gives each participating company the opportunity to enter the Guildmaster Awards in recognition of their customer service skills. Being a GuildMaster recipient for (3) consecutive years has given us the opportunity to proudly display our Guildmaster with Distinction Awards in our selection center and our website. Guild Quality's support team has always treated Foster Remodeling Solutions with complete professionalism and exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend this survey system to anyone in the remodeling industry that is interested in getting honest and consistent feedback from their clients. - Jul 27, 2010

  • We use our summary page and your link on every appointment we go on so the customer can look the information up themselves. Great selling point. Also one customer found us on Guild Quality and we have done 2 bathrooms for them and quoted two more. - Mar 10, 2010
