Erin Rosintoski (spelling?) She is really fabulous. She is very responsive, gets back to be quickly and always gives me the help I need. I feel comfortable going to her for help, and she is very patient with me. Even though Guild Quality is more of a web based company, I feel like you have a store front with a customer service department inside, ready and willing to assist me. Marketing Tools
We use our summary page and your link on every appointment we go on so the customer can look the information up themselves. Great selling point. Also one customer found us on Guild Quality and we have done 2 bathrooms for them and quoted two more. - Mar 10, 2010

The surveys confirm our committement to quality workmanship and service. We use the results in our marketing efforts. Since we do about 90% custom homes it helps with the customers coming into town who may not be familar with our company.
