I'm very satisfied with GuildQuality and plan to continue using this service into the future. It's more important now than ever to have positive customer feedback available for public review and GuildQuality provides that feedback at a reasonable cost. You get out of it what you put into it, though, so there's definitely a need to stay on top of your surveying and reporting.
GuildQuality has provided a very timely and useful third party quality control review of our day-to-day delivery of goods and services. It has helped us identify weaknesses in our work flow that we have already begun addressing.

We have surveyed customers on behalf of GuildQuality in Atlanta, GA; Palo Alto, CA; Marietta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Bellevue, WA; Vancouver, WA; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Roswell, GA; and 569 other cities in Illinois, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, and 47 other states and provinces.
In this report, GuildQuality has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in September 2003. In that time, 1365 out of 7131 customers (19%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in February 2012.
