The job took 3 months instead of the 3 weeks that was promised. The steps had to be rebuilt three times because the risers were not properly constructed. Greymark was very professional from start to finish, spelled out every detail and immediately handled any concerns that arose. I was comfortable that they would do what they said they would do and they were as good as their word!
Areas Of Satisfaction: The detailed scope of the job was great. I went over it with them several times to be sure everything I wanted was included. Other companies I asked to bid would not let me keep their copy of the scope so I could review it at my leisure. That made me nervous that once I signed the contract, if I had forgotten something, I would be facing add-on charges. The workers were most courteous and concerned that they would do a good job so that we would be satisfied.
Better Service: I can't think of a thing. Overall, it was a most pleasant experience!
Current Referrals: I have already told several people how pleased I have been with the work.

Also, when we felt a certain project should look differently, they were very eager to help satisfy our request.
Areas Of Satisfaction: Our remodel project included several rooms of our home; however, the kitchen remodel is by far our favorite. Greymark was responsible for the kitchen remodel. Whenever we show our remodel to friends and family for the first time, we save the kitchen for last because it's the grand finale of our tour.
Better Service: I don't think better service is possible because the president of the company is on my speed dial and she always answers.
Current Referrals: Not at this time, but we are happy to recommend Greymark to family and friends should the need arise.
