We really liked the house and the pricing, so it was overall a great match for us.

10. The selections were really good in terms of standards. The standards with Goodall were upgrades for the other homes and builders we looked at.

Well we first were drawn to Goodall because of market place homes but then we learned that they were in partnership with other builders as well. After visiting the Goodall model home we were impressed with the upgrades that came standard and the quality of the work of the house. The staff was and is very friendly and knowledgable.

I am extremely satisfied with my house and the customer service I received. As I stated earlier, this is my first house. I have looked for over a year and was very picky on what I wanted. I never expected to have such a favorable experience when I finally did find a house to purchase. The treatment I have received from both Ashley and Ron was more like I was a friend then a client. As a person that is in sales, I know that is a rare trait to find.
