I was satisfied in all areas. There was not one person in the chain of services that was weak or less than helpful. I felt informed throughout every step. Everyone one of my concerns was listened to and addressed.

The overall experience. Most times, you hear that building a new home is a night mare. My experience was wonderful.

Attention to detail is high with Garman. Even the items which need to be addressed on the punch list were done in a timely manner.
