It was very easy. David Caputo met the workers at my home. I didn't have to interact with the installers at all. He met them here, and got them started. There weren't any major lapses between service, so the project moved along quickly. Dealing with them was so easy. This was definitely the easiest renovation I've ever dealt with. It was no sweat for me.
Remodeling Concerns: I was a little concerned about the tile we picked out. Some people said it would be hard to work with, but the tile guy they hired was fabulous. We didn't have any problems.

During Superstorm Sandy, Chris and Gene checked on current and former customers, supplying portable generators to those in need of heat for several hours. They are a throwback to the past when companies took pride in the product they supplied.
Likely To Recommend: I have recommended G&L and Sons Renovations to friends. My need to have my basement remodeled was because a water pipe had broken and damaged the existing structure. Initially, I thought I would use my "new" basement for doing my crafts and scrapbooking. The remodel is so wonderful that I now plan to use the basement as additional living space. I am so pleased with my basement remodel that I plan to hire G&L to do all my future renovations. They're a class act!
Remodeling Concerns: My one concern was financing the project. They worked with me and suggested the remodel be done in phases so I could finance the project without stressing my bank account.
