Their person in accounting called me several times and was rather aggressive. I tried to explain to her what was going on. They had the check in a day or two after the insurance company was made aware. They called and followed up with Full Circle Restoration & Construction. I didn't particularly care for the way she talked to me. Other than that, everything was great. I can't say enough good things about them.

Additional Comments: After the work was done, follow up and the lady from financing were an issue. Everybody else was absolutely wonderful. I also had a family emergency project a year ago where someone had killed themselves at home. Full Circle was absolutely fabulous. They were there right away as soon as they were called about it. I don't think they could have done any better. I don't think anybody could have treated us with as much care and concern as they did.

He was knowledgeable, calm, and good about telling me what was going to happen. He was great at assuring us of the solution. It is one of the most important things is to make the customer feel good about what the resolution is going to be when they are knee deep in water.
Improvement Suggestion: I didn't get an estimate or idea of cost for what it was going to be in the beginning. What I got charged was reasonable, but I don't think I had a ballpark on what it was going to be. I was a little surprised when I got the bill. You're just curious.
Lead Source: My insurance agent had used them and they were the second group we tried to call. They answered the phone and were here within the hour which was incredible.
Additional Comments: I was very pleased with the service and resolution and the result. In that type of experience I don't think it could have been any better.

Blair Sperry came out and I couldn't have found a nicer individual and a person that knew what he was doing. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't run up to him. He really helped me out and took care of everything, and recommended changes and things I didn't know about. He and Donny Masters suggested a lot of improvement and things that I should do and they suggested things that worked out really well. Robert Weldon, I want to hug that guy, whatever job he does he can do it and do it right the first time. I would recommend Full Circle to anyone that would want to do any type of construction work.

They did an excellent job cleaning up and I would certainly recommend them for this type of work. They did not do the repair work so I can't comment on that aspect of the project as it was done by a different company.

I would recognize the project manager, Donny, and the person I interacted with initially who came out to the site and did the quote. I would also recognize Steven Allison, who took Donny's place a couple times.
Improvement Suggestion: I can't think of anything that they could do to improve. There were multiple problems and some were rectified immediately but some were hard to diagnose. They had to return a couple of times to correctly diagnose some of the problems. I think one of the reasons I am a big believer in Full Circle is because they came back as many times as they needed to and they kept at it until it was all resolved. There wasn't any discussion of additional costs, either. I was very impressed that the organization stood behind the initial quote, even though the issues were not as immediately resolvable as we had hoped.
Lead Source: I heard about them through my insurance company, State Farm. It started off with a problem that related to a storm, so I called my insurance company and they gave me two places to get quotes from. Full Circle was just a large head above the other company who responded in terms of both competence and responsiveness.
Additional Comments: I have referred them to other places and people. I would be happy to serve as a recommendation for them. They did a great job. There were multiple problems and they stood by on all fronts.
