Luis was the mouthpiece for me in regards to the delivery. Jay, the owner has always been helpful. Clark Campbell was my salesman. He ultimately sold us and worked out the initial contract. I thoroughly researched it and he pulled through. They did more than just the installation, they also dug out my crawl space and fixed the 4-ft. drop-off. They created their own opening out of the foundation wall, took a jack-hammer and flattened the clay out so they could build a cinder block wall. They put cement into where there was open clay and finished it off really nicely. They did a lot of work and it was definitely the best price I could find anywhere. A lot of water-proofing companies aren't able to do what they did and would have to outsource it or just put a tarp on it, but they were thorough and complete. Our basement is completely sealed now from the elements.
