Bruce and I had a wonderful experience working with the team at Encore. The workmanship and attention to detail throughout our new house is terrific. The process was well-controlled from start to finish, which was very important to us since we weren't able to be onhand locally most of the time. The ability to track progress, and to see detailed pictures, online through the Encore website was very helpful. Most importantly, we know we can trust Dale and his team to do what they say they'll do. Should we have construction needs in the future, we would use Encore without hesitation.

We couldn't ask for a better team - no matter how little the detail, they always responded quickly and with good humor.

We counted on Encore to deliver a completed interior whole-house remodel project in order to rent our property during the summer. They exceeded our expectations and even delivered ahead of schedule. We definitely recommend Encore and are already planning next year's project - the exterior.

The project leader, Jonathan Lockley, was a perfect fit on this job and working with me. He was very professional and communicated very well. He made himself available 24/7, but I tried not to bother him off hours. I liked the way that he handled the subs and the project stayed on schedule. He was very cost conscious and likable. He was willing to do what was necessary to keep me happy and keep my mind at ease, since we were in Florida for most of the time.

I liked the web site where I could see project updates. I also liked the computer disc, with audio, of the entire job at a crucial juncture. This enabled us to make minor modifications.

I have now used Encore on two projects. If I decide at some point to do another project on the cape they would be my only choice for a builder. Dale and his team are absolutely the best! Bravo on another quality job.
