They were always available when we had questions. They would always come over if we needed them to see something and they had great design options.

They were very sensitive to my needs and my peculiarities. I've had bad experiences with some contractors not respecting my property before. I felt that Elite had my back and were concerned with my needs at all times.

The whole experience was great and I'd highly recommend them. Everybody was really very good. They worked around our schedule and they're an excellent group of people to work with. They also found us people who do house cleaning, which was something I was looking for anyway and really hard to find. They use a specific company for that and I have since continued to use that company on a regular basis for cleaning. That was an added bonus.

The overall process, they held our hand kept us informed throughout the entire project. They have great patience and they just lead us in an extremely professional manner. We cannot speak highly enough for them and we think that John is running an amazing company.
