They are a trustworthy group that puts out a high quality product. There was a huge storm two hours after they left, and the windows passed with flying colors even though the caulk wasn't dry yet. Also, a skunk sprayed outside and absolutely no smell got inside. The windows passed two very serious tests, plus yesterday we had a storm and we didn't have a leak or a problem at all.
Areas For Improvement: Elite Remodeling Group did not fall short of my expectations, they just nailed everything. They put in 13 windows in under four hours, that's astounding. They worked like beavers in the heat, it was a 90 degree day and very humid. They know what they're doing.
Areas Of Satisfaction: I was most satisfied with the overall quality of the installation and the product itself.
Reason For Choosing Elite: I chose Elite Remodeling Group for the whole package. Though, the warranty certainly is attractive because they'll come out and fix broken windows and if the seal fails they see that it's taken care of. The warranty is very very attractive because a lot of people, once they do the job, you can't find them. I looked at the website and it seemed very professional, and I know the product line. The manufacturer puts out the best products.
