Our home was designed by a well-regarded local architect and we wanted the added dormer to look consistent with the rest of the house. We are very pleased with the final results---the addition looks like it was part of the original construction. In addition, the overall workmanship was excellent and, throughout the process, Distinctive Remodeling kept the site exceptionally clean. They kept us well-informed and up to date with all the steps in the process. We are pleased to give Distinctive Remodeling an unqualified recommendation.

I never felt like he was making anything up or moving forward without doing additional research.
Professional & Organized: The hours of detailed preparation before construction ever started made a world of difference.
Schedule: Finished EARLY... what a treat!
Construction Quality: When a mirror wasn't quite right, Mark had them come back and redo it ~ he would not settle for anything not done right.
Communication: From the schedule to his availabilty via cell phone, Mark's communication made a big difference. He also was very willing to listen to my ideas (ie raising the tile around the tub so the tub was flush w/ the tub deck) and work with me on trying new things (or explaining why he didn't recommend some of the suggestions ~ very helpful explainations).
Problem Resolution: Yes, we had a problem w/ a faucet (bad finish) and I was concerned it was going to be a problem. Mark called Kohler immediately and resolved it without any question.
Additional Comments: If you have any brochures, I'd be happy to pass them on to our realtor and other contacts.
