Ryan was so detailed with the original bid in terms for costs and resources - that was very reassuring. We so appreciated Misha's weekly reports: the bullet points before each meeting (knowing who was handling what, when & how much), the recap, the time lines, the $$ tracking. All this info was very helpful. We also just genuinely liked everyone on the job. Gil is the best. He went out of his way to be helpful and communicative. He told me I could call anytime ! and a couple of weekends ago, I did - when the gas had been turned back on but still not working. He walked me through the reset at the earthquake shut off. PhewAlso, I received compliments from my immediate neighbors on your consideration to them during the process. THANK YOU!

They strived to make the process as painless as possible. Their quality expectations were extremely high. Daniel went "above and beyond" to help me with details: for example, when I couldn't afford to replace all the bright brass hardware in the house, Daniel researched the process and materials for stripping/darkening it and taught me how to do the job myself.

He went out of his way to communicate with us to clarify design points to get the budget right. He also offered clever thoughtful solutions to save us money. He is clearly a strong addition to the D.D. Ford team.
Foreman Professionalism: Mike has been wonderful to work with. He thinks outside the box in his work adn has offered several solutions to design issues that we were working around. He is friendly, timely, an excellent communicator and a welcome fixture in our home during construction.
PM Professionalism: Ryan does an exceptional job. In addition to knowing what he is doing, he is friendly, courteous and goes well above and beyond to be sure we are happy with the final product. We felt secure in our initial decision to work with D.D. Ford because of how Ryan presents himself.
Areas Of Satisfaction: Communication, effort and end results. The reason why is that we got through the project with no frustrations or regrets and are very happy with the result.
