Rob and Robin are both very easy to work with. Our work was finished in a timely manner. The workmanship was excellent and Rob or Robin checked on it often. We had a problem with a piece of trim coming loose. Rob promptly sent out his carpenter to correct the problem. It is as good as new. We will use Curb Appeal again in the future. We recommend them all the time.

We interviewed 3 remodeling contractors and the primary reason we chose Curb Appeal Renovations was the fact that they could design our project room by room and allow us to "see" the vision that they offered through their computer software. With the click of a mouse, walls could be moved, colors could be changed, cabinets could be altered. Not only could they present to us the concept for our renovation design, and show it to us visually, but more importantly bring it to a gorgeous reality. They worked diligently to keep costs within our budget, and offered us choices when an unforeseen issue might arise. The sub contractors that they used were all excellent craftsmen, courteous, and left the job site clean. Curb Appeal also took the time to help us in the selection of materials and colors, etc. All in all, we are convinced that we chose the right company for our project and are very happy that we did.

Overall, Curb Appeal offers an excellent product and fabulous service. They are very attentive to their customers, and I reiterate that the design process with Robin is well worth the time and effort. She's thoughtful and insightful which leads to the customer making their best decisions in product selection. Their standards are extremely high and for us, that made a huge difference. Their sub-contractors, for the most part, are very well chosen - particularly Chad Swanson, Jose Rosas and Tony Atkins w/San-Tex Plumbing - all excellent contractors that I would use (and have used) since our remodel.

The design process involving Robin was wonderful, as was my experience with the first project manager, Carter - who unfortunately left the company. The project was completed in a timely manner and there was never a day that work wasn't being done on the project. There were never any unnecessary delays.

Rob and Robin's attention to detail was a breath of fresh air compared to past experiences with repair jobs.

The decorating and designing advice was so helpful. The knowledge of the owners and subcontractors was exceptional. The project was completed very quickly. One very small issue with a dragging drawer was quickly fixed. Rob and Robin were pleasant and easy to work with. We are thrilled with our remodeled kitchen.

Very Professional, organized, thorough, and extremely minimal dust and clutter during the remodel, which was very important since our bedroom was in very close proximity to the remodel location (kitchen). Everything was cleaned up, picked up, and organized when they were finished for the day. We were kept informed on a daily basis what was completed, any problems encountered, what was scheduled for the next day, and if there were any questions/concerns.

This was our first experience with remodeling. Ours was not a major job, but the entire process was a new experience for us. We worked mostly with Robin and she was wonderful. She spent a lot of time helping us with tile selection and design and making certain we ended up with exactly what we wanted. She also had helpful suggestions for us to consider. Rob fully explained the demolition and reconstruction procedure and pointed out what would be better after the project was complete. We love our new bathroom!
