Everyone was fantastic from start to finish! I thought the siding guys who were up on the roof doing the crazy dangerous stuff were particularly awesome though. I never got to thank them personally!

The siding and windows look fantastic. We have received many, many compliments from our neighbors on the siding, and the windows are keeping our house much better insulated.

Communication was really good. I received two bids on this project, and the other company was at a disadvantage. They were two people---a handyman, and an expert in water damage repair. They had problems with communication. Craftsmen Home Improvements was totally different. Anytime I tried to call them I always got hold of someone. They always got back to me quickly. Jim answered all of my questions. He was very helpful and friendly. They did a good job.

I really enjoyed working with Jim Kosloski on the estimate process and thought Joan did a tremendous job keeping in touch during the scheduling and follow up.

They were in touch throughout the whole process. Roofing is weather dependant, so the schedule was changed by a few days as we had rain. But I felt informed throughout. Also, they ended up doing the work on a day when we were out of town. When we left on Friday, we had a dumpster and materials in our driveway. When we returned, everything was gone and we had a new roof. There was no sign of construction debris anywhere. It was like magic!

I think the entire team. Erik was exceptional and I think the team, mainly Tom and Jim, were also exceptional.

I really appreciated how hard the installers worked. They were efficient and careful not to keep the mess to a minimum and always left everything at least as nice as it was when they started. They were friendly and were careful to confirm what we wanted.

They did a good job on the removal and install and always cleaned up before they left for the day. I have been happy with the quality of the product that was installed and people often compliment how nice the windows are.

Eric Dahlin did an exceptional job. He identified the fact that we had hail damage and helped us work with the insurance company to help get the best settlement. He was also extremely helpful and knowledgable during the process of selecting material and offered suggestions re: products, etc.

Our house is like new! New siding and windows have made a big difference in the functionality and look of our home. I am also looking forward to the energy savings I know we will realize.

The crew regularly cleans up the job site and at the end of each day tools were put away.
