The workers who worked on our home (Wayne, Joe, and others) provided exceptional service. They were just wonderful - I can't say enough good things about them! I can't stress enough how really great they were. They did such a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful job! Also, the guys who put in our windows and did our outdoor work were remarkable as well.

Because of how large our project was, I was very concerned that everything would end up screwed up, that we wouldn't like it, that the workers wouldn't be responsive to me, and that things would be greatly delayed. None of this was the case. Everything was done in a timely fashion. We were also worried that the workmanship would not be quality, but it was done beautifully.

I was most satisfied with the fact that the workmen who actually performed the work were very nice to me and treated me with respect and dignity. I greatly appreciated that because we have had circumstances where that was not the case, where they only wanted to deal with my husband. They weren't that way at all. They were very straightforward, friendly, and encouraged me to ask questions. The men who did the actual work were just wonderful - it was a great experience.

This has been a super company to work with. Ours is a big project - windows, siding, trim, doors, etc. They have been excellent every step of the way.

Elijah the siding crew chief was excellent to work with, along with his crew. Mike has been great making sure each component of our project was clearly detailed, and that we were in agreement as to what we expected. Chris has been great to work with making sure every detail big and small is tended to.

Having had other experiences with poor communication, I am very pleased with the communication from Craftsmans Choice.

Both Ben and Matt were equally involved in my project. They took turns managing the project and they both did well.

We had concerns about scope creep, as it was already a large project to re-side the house and replace windows. We identified a few additional items to add as the project progressed, though CC addressed these in a timely manner at reasonable cost.

Craftsman's Choice worked through any and all issues or concerns to ensure the project was completed to the specifications agreed upon at the beginning. We have some unique aspects to our house, and CC worked with us to create solutions. They were also flexible as we identified additional areas of work as the project progressed. These items were added and completed at a reasonable price.
