Budget: We think we have come in under budget. They were always striving to work within our budgetary guidelines.
Communication: We were amazed at the level of communication. All callls were returned almost within minutes on a consistent basis and then confirmed in writing via email when appropriate..
Problem Resolution: Based on the scope of the project and the fact that we built this house 1,000 miles away, we really had very few problems. When there was an issue, they were very responsive and fair.
Clean & Safe: Although we were not in the area to observe, our good friends and neighbor who are next door to the job site really kept watch on things. There were never any complaints, in fact, they were amazed at how neat and tidy the work site was kept.
Employees & Subcontractors: The quality of the staff is top notch! Intelligent staff, good communicators with an inate customer Service mind set. Rare in today's business environment.
Trust: I certainly do. They have never failed to come thru before with us. They make you feel confident about the whole process.
Additional Comments: We wanted a "wow" house and we got it! They really came through. They met and exceeded our expectations. Yesterday I spoke with Lance Pyle, the Wild Dunes Community Assoc Architectural Review director, who commented on what a pleasure is was to work with Cook Bonner compared to other builders.
Recommend Builder: Without hesitation!
