Rick Bonner and his crew worked diligently to make sure the final product worked and would make us happy. They were proactive in finding problems and making sure they were resolved before they even became an issue.

We wanted a "wow" house and we got it! They really came through. They met and exceeded our expectations. Yesterday I spoke with Lance Pyle, the Wild Dunes Community Assoc Architectural Review director, who commented on what a pleasure is was to work with Cook Bonner compared to other builders.
Without hesitation!
I certainly do. They have never failed to come thru before with us. They make you feel confident about the whole process.
The quality of the staff is top notch! Intelligent staff, good communicators with an inate customer Service mind set. Rare in today's business environment.
Although we were not in the area to observe, our good friends and neighbor who are next door to the job site really kept watch on things. There were never any complaints, in fact, they were amazed at how neat and tidy the work site was kept.
Based on the scope of the project and the fact that we built this house 1,000 miles away, we really had very few problems. When there was an issue, they were very responsive and fair.
We were amazed at the level of communication. All callls were returned almost within minutes on a consistent basis and then confirmed in writing via email when appropriate..
We think we have come in under budget. They were always striving to work within our budgetary guidelines.
Cook Bonner was always on top of the project and really kept the process moving in an organized , methodical fashion.
Dealing directly with the people, pricing was great for their expertise.

Excellent construction manager in Bill Robinson!
I thought the entire experience was good, and they were always very ahead of schedule.
Everything was great.
We're enjoying our house very much!
This was the easiest construction project I've ever been through. I thank them so much for the work they did and for my beautiful new home.
Would do it again if given the opportunity!
Great Quality, Great People, Wonderful Value. rnThe cabinet selection process, while fine in the end, took a large leap of faith and caused some anxiety. rnWe would and have recommended Cook Bonner to everyone!

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
