Colonial Remolding's staff & crew were very professional, efficient and had very good workmanship. Everyone of the workers knew exactly what they are doing. Marvin, the foreman, did a very good job with our project.
The crew was excellent, extremely thorough and conscientious.
I was thrilled with the construction manager. His name was Martin and he was amazing. He had an eye for detail, communicated well, and listened to us. I thought it exemplary service.
From beginning to end, we were extremely pleased.
Great Job Colonial. Great Job!
Jon (Colonial) is extremely professional and trustworthy. The planing and execution of the work was "first rate". My family and I (most of all my wife) love the new look of our home! Jon helped us make the many decisions required that has resulted in a very nice finshed product. I highly recommend Jon and Colonial.
Joh was great to work with. His workers were very polite and neat. The quality of the work was great.
We felt like the job was very personal!
We certainly enjoyed Chaz Kulbok. He is a great guy. I loved that we were able to take care of our own things while the work was being done on our house. Colonial Remodeling was never pushy and we really appreciated that!
I was satisfied with my entire experience. I think they did a really good job.
I was extremely satisfied with my salesperson, Michael Shannon, who was extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He was also very patient with me and was as invested as I was in ensuring that the job was done properly. Also, the crew that did my Hardie siding installation and the crew that did the framing work were fantastic.
The workers were great and the sales people do a nice job. Ultimately, I find them to be very pleasant to deal with. They are truly interested in the outcome of the project.
I was very very pleased with them and have recommend them to about 7 or 8 of my friends. Charles was excellent for me, I usually do not say excellent but they did a super job, on the roof gutters and siding. I am at work on the other line and cannot complete the full survey but I was very satisfied with the work.
I don't, they did everything I needed them to do.
I thought that the crew that worked on the job was excellent in every aspect and the end product is excellent as well.
Everything. The quality of the work and the installation crews were exceptional.
I'm very satisfied with the salesperson. Kevin did a nice job. He was upfront and got back to me about things. The workmen were fine and the materials were nice.
Our experience was very positive. We loved working with all of the men. They were friendly and professional. We would recommend them to a friend. We didn't have any problems at all. They deserve all the best ratings.
If I could have given a 5 or a 10 I would have given all the answers such. We were blown away by Colonial Remodeling.
I was most satisfied with the presentation of the solution to our problem. The salesperson did an exceptional job of researching the problem and proposing a solution.
All in all we are really happy. The house looks beautiful, people say it looks like a whole new house.
The work is beautiful, all of the contractors are outstanding.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
