I was happy with everybody that I came in contact with. This included the person who came out at first and did the measurements, and the person who came out and went back and reevaluated his measurements to make sure everything was fine. I think I even talked to his boss. We had a slight issue; I had a budget, but his manager talked to him and we were able to work out something that was within my budget. The person who installed it was very pleasant. It was an overall very pleasant experience.

The three people I dealt with- the designer, the one who took the measurements and the gentleman who put it all together- were all great!

Our installers, Brian and others, and designer, Dan, were excellent. They were prompt, got here on time, answered questions, and did great work. We couldn't be happier.

Part of the reason that we didn't have any other estimates was that Closet America was the only business to respond to our email. They scheduled the appointment the next weekend. We thought we were getting a very good value for the price.

All of the staff I encountered were extremely friendly. They were also very amenable to my ideas and when I wanted to make changes after the initial consultation they allowed me to do that as well so that my closets were built to my specifications and so that they worked best for me.

All in all, a very enjoyable and easy-to-handle process. The staff members we met/spoke to were all extremely friendly and ready to help.
