Areas Of Satisfaction: The overall look of the design and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Having used Classic numerous times over the years we have come to expect a certain quality of work. We knew we were going to love what they were doing but when we first saw the design, while we loved what it looked like on paper, we could not have expected our expectations to blown out of the water. Additional Comments: I contacted Classic to help me take care of a tree that was pushing up against my brick wall in my garden. Throughout the long process to get this done, I was very glad and thankful to have Classic Remodeling come into my historic home and help me get it looking updated. I love my new tankless hot water heater and my newly updated kitchen. Not once but twice Bob and Classic Remodeling was able to work my families home on Seabrook Island into their very busy schedule when I needed a few things taken care of. After hurricane Matthew, on first day that contractors were allowed on the island, Bob was out at the house walking the home and climbing on the roof looking for damage. This was no easy task since the power was cut to the island and the hurricane shutters were still down. Since the home is right on the ocean I was worried that we had damage that I couldn't see. Thankfully we only had minor damage and Bob knew what we needed and got his team back out at the house when the parts that were ordered came in. I feel very thankful that I found Classic Remodeling to help me take care of my home.

The subs, especially the bricklayers and electrician, were first-rate and shared the same work ethic as the Classic Remodeling team. The team knew we had a deadline to complete our new addition, and they went the extra mile to get the addition finished in time for our large party. The project ran seamlessly from design, acquisition of permits, through construction because of the way the team communicates well with each other. Professional all the way. We liked them so much, we are doing a second project with them (remodeling this time), and we asked for the same team---that's how satisfied we were. We heard horror stories about experiences with contractors. Ours was the opposite. We can't say enough good things about Classic Remodeling. We are life-long clients!
Additional Comments: Attitude and work ethic comes from the top down. Bob demands a lot from his folks, and in turn, they demand a lot from each other. They are all perfectionists. Recommend Builder: Absolutely WE recommend Classic Remodeling. From the initial conference all the way to completion the whole team took time with us and worked with us to make this dream come true.
Additional Comments: Our budget was limited; our dream was huge. Somehow Classic Remodeling managed to work with us and find a compromise that left us very happy. They even willingly allowed us to do some of the grunt work ourselves!! We will call them for our next home improvement project AND send all our friends to them too.

Sometimes they are the most expensive, but I know they will help you figure out a way to stay in your budget.We have found the low estimate is not always what you want.in the long run.
Recognized Excellence: Everyone goes above and beyond what is required. I always enjoy working with Mickey, and really appreciated Charlene and Andy's designer help.
