Pete Loy and his crew are very good about keeping things tidy and respecting the fact that oftentimes, people are living in the homes that are undergoing repairs.
Trust: Absolutely, Pete Loy's word is his bond. When Pete Loy says, "I'll make it happen," it happens. And it happens quickly.
Additional Comments: Pete Loy is the perfect contractor for working professionals who wish to delegate repairs to a smart, efficient contractor who gives great advice. He sees what needs to be done, and does it efficiently. He is wonderful.
Recommend Builder: Absolutely. I have been a customer since 2001 and I think Pete Loy is The Best.

It was often frustrating, so when I was faced with a structural project, I did a lot of research to find a company I hoped would be able to do the work, do it correctly and leave me feeling confident that I wouldn't need to worry that things would go wrong at some point. I can't begin to express how pleased I am that I found Citadel Enterprises and that they did the work. It was like no other "contractor experience" I've ever had. Their business model centers on customer service and that's clear from the very first meeting with their business development person and remains so through contract closeout. I was kept informed throughout the project, they completed the work in a timely manner and under budget (wow!) and there's no evidence of them ever having been at my house, except that I no longer have the roof leaks or structural issues under my house! I have already recommended Citadel Enterprises to a number of friends and colleagues who have mentioned they have projects needing completion and I wouldn't hesitate to continue recommending them; Citadel Enterprises took what was a very stressful discovery in my house and turned it into a worry-free project, exceeding my expectations at every point in the process!
