Schedule: Right on schedule.
Budget: Everything was quoted and within budget.
Construction Quality: I've used them for years, and always been satisfied.
Future Work Follow-up: I'll definitely contact them. This was repairs to get this house ready to sell; but I'll have to wait until the market comes back, and then I may need them on whatever we buy. They would be the first I'd contact if we have any further work here or in the new house.
Recognized Excellence: The only thing I'd say is that their craftsmen, their workmen, are amazingly knowledgeable and skilled. They have every one of them so well trained. They are well trained and experienced; very knowledgeable and helpful. They do things as fast as they could be done, as well as they could be done. They give me options and make suggestions. They are just a delight. I wish I could have them build a house, and if the opportunity arises for more work, they're the first folks I'll call.

Every single man on each project I have had has been excellent! They came up with a couple of things that I never thought of having done in the project .They didn't just do what I wanted but thought of more that could be added that would benefit me.

We are very grateful that Bob was able to call the roofers and get us back on schedule when we changed our minds.Bob was also extremely understanding and worked quickly to resolve the issues that came up such as cracked tile, a broken window, and leaking in the roof during installation. I appreciated the fact that he simply took care of it.
Recommend Builder: I would definitely recommend CASE. Overall the project was a great success. We are very happy with the outcome and would be glad to use CASE again.Often you hear horror stories about contractors, we have none. CASE did quality work on time and on budget. They completed all follow-up work quickly.
