Case Design/Remodeling of Carmel

Case made multiple mistakes during our project. They changed the final cabinet design without our approval. This error was not discovered until after many cabinets had already been installed. The base cabinets were set incorrectly and the granite counter tops were measured and subsequently cut incorrectly. It took multiple attempts to obtain the upgraded cabinet drawers that were ordered in our contract. The tile floor was laid inconsistently and they didn't have enough tile to finish laying the floor with tile from the same dye lot. They had to remove and replace the floor. The projected four to six week timeline then resulted in a project that took over 3 months to complete. Case worked with us to correct these issues, but didn't acknowledge the extra time and incovenience that resulted from their errors. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience.

Really enjoyed working with all of the employees, but must say we were most impressed with Neil's work ethic, timeliness, organization, cleanliness on site and friendly attitude.

Overall, Case did a wonderful job. The design and workmanship met and often exceeded our expectations. The Case team is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We feel the value we received was definitely what we expected. Our new bathrooms are everything we hoped they would be, and more! We certainly encourage anyone considering firms to do anyting from a major renovation to a modest upgrade to add Case to their list of companies! We hope to work with Case on other projects planned for our home.

Case Design/Remodeling of Carmel

I was very pleased with the professionalism, seriousness and attention to detail that Case Design/Remodeling showed to us. I don't think we could have achieved the same results on our own. It was a good investment.

Comment Value Indianapolis, IN Jan 08, 2012

Case isn't cheap, but their work is first rate and it is always clear why there are additional charges. As noted above, the additional charges were very reasonable.

Comment Budget Indianapolis, IN Jan 08, 2012

We asked for additional painting at the last minute. Not only did Case get it done--and done very well--but the cost was very reasonable. This could not have been done better!

Case Design/Remodeling of Carmel

A great experience in remodeling from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Case for small or large jobs. Workers and subs were the best ,as was our project manager.

Case Design/Remodeling of Carmel

Case did a great job repairing our basement after it flooded. Their people were professional, on time, and not at all sketchy. We have already hired them to do another project.

Paul Gobbi and all the subcontractors did a phenomenal job. They were very neat and professional.

Case Design/Remodeling of Carmel

The pre-planning was excellent. Because of that, most problems were resolved in the pre-planning stage. The workmanship is excellent. The employees of Case are very professional and have a great level of expertise in their areas. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We've had some other remodeling projects in the past that were not nearly as well done or done as efficiently as the Case project.

I was real happy with our work! This is not our first time working with them, so we knew what we were getting into.

We appreaciate working with Case and the finished project is wounderful. We would not have been as successful had we gone with one of the other companies we had considered.

Comment Additional Comment Carmel, IN Nov 18, 2011

It was great experience working with them. If something else comes up and we need to remodel we will be contacting Case Design!

If you see Joe, tell him "hello" for us. There's evident concern that you have in your customers, so give yourself a pat on the back.

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.

Important Information about choosing a Builder, Remodeler, or Contractor

GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
