Steve, Gilmore, Stephan, and Keith were all fantastic and a pleasure to see everyday. Loren is extremely professional and very reliable. Susan did great work on our design and continues to work on our garage plan. Overall, it has been great so far. We look forward to completing the entire project with the construction of the garage.

Although the project was at times not on schedule or organized, the end product was beautiful. It was relieving that our ideas and Case Design's design and craftsmanship produced the beautiful results that met and superseded our expectations.
Allie Mann worked hard to keep the project on time.
This was our second experience with Case (and April and James) on a remodeling project. Our satisfaction with the first project led us to use Case again. April's designs were imaginative and led us to a basic change in the kitchen layout we would never have envisioned. The final design and contract were clear and followed all the way. James and his craftsmen were always on time, approachable, and responsive. The project was completed on time and in budget. We would recommend Case to anyone!
We had tried multiple contractors before Case Design. None of them worked within our budget or to our satisfaction. Case Design has surpassed all of our expectations and we will continue to keep in touch with them for our remodeling projects.
I have used Case Design two different times. With the 1st experience I had with them, they were probably one of the best companies I've ever worked with. The second time, what I got instead was a project manager that was a ghost and subcontractors that answered to their boss and not to me. I hate to slam dunk them and say you are only as good as the last bridge you built, but I wont use them again only because this is not baseball. I don't give you three tries. They did and excellent job of picking out colors and making plans. What they did not do this time was watch the contractors.I hate to give them a bad review but that is the type of work I've received.
With my many remodeling and other home projects over the years, I've had more than a few unsavory experiences with contractors and so-called craftspersons who have not followed through on their promises. Not so with Case Design. Each of the people I communicated with was friendly, honest, professional, and ever-so-patient. (Special shout-outs to Adrian, Colleen, Shawn, and Tom!) The work was done in a timely and professional manner, and every effort was made to keep things organized and clean (not easy in a small condo space). I had a yoga wall (Great Yoga/TRX) built (an unusual request--a first for them), and not without some challenges, but they took it on and I now have a great workout / retreat space. I also had a powder room, entry, and kitchen remodel done (I'm still trying to decide on my backsplash and paint color, so it's not quite done yet). My kitchen and powder room were positively ancient, but I now have modern, beautiful spaces, and more counter and storage area. I expect the value of my home is increased with these tasteful and practical updates. Once I have the finishing touches done, I'll include photos Did I end up sending more money than I wanted to? Yes, but the quality of workmanship and the products is such that I don't mind, and, well, I think most of us end up spending more money than we'd like on our home projects. Wonderful people to work with and to welcome into your home--I highly recommend them.
I am so pleased with the work completed by Case Design. I am "over-the-moon" happy with the outcome of my two bathrooms and kitchen. Before the work began, I received a letter from Case Design President/CEO and was pretty impressed that he would offer his contact information at the beginning of the renovation process. I held on to the letter in the event I would need to call him given that I've had some not-so-good experiences with workers and companies who were not accountable and I've incurred some expensive mistakes. I had an exceptional experience with Case and submitted a very positive review to Angie's List and to my friends and neighbors. I am very particular and sometimes even demanding and the Case staff stepped up the plate and provided great customer satisfaction. Rest assured that I will recommend Case Design in the future. As a single woman, I was reluctant to work on these three projects because I didn't know if I could trust the workers while I was out of the house at my job, I am very picky and wasn't sure I would be happy with the outcome of the project and of course, I didn't know if I could get the return on my investment.I can recommend, without hesitation, that all of these fears and doubts were for naught. I was in good hands.Thank you,Priscilla Lujan
I am very happy with the work done by Case Design/ Remodeling Inc. They were professional from beginning to end. They responded immediately to our questions and the finished product was exactly what I wanted.
We are very satisfied with them. We got value for the money. All in all it was a very good experience.
The job supervisor (Loren Sanders) and the chief carpenter (Steve) were both very good. Also, the design staff that we worked with were great.
Kevin Morrissey was exceptional. He was really responsive and quick. Every time we touched base with him, he had our issue resolved within minutes or hours. He was very good.
For the small kitchen remodel we had we were barely over the threshold between Case's small jobs division and the kitchen/bath division. I ended up with the feeling that this was about as small a job as the kitchen managers handle our job wasn't very important for them. What should have been a two - four week job (swapping out a sink, making a cutout in a non-load bearing wall, installing 70" of cabinetry and some counter tops and replacing the major appliances) instead took nearly four months. The issue was largely a supply management one, they lost their long time counter top partner. However, as the start of the job was 9 weeks after the initial deposit to allow for cabinetry to be made, there was more than enough time for a competent manager to ensure that all materials would be available for the job. Besides extended delays due to poor logistical management, the project manager did not facilitate communication between the various contractors very well, leaving it up to us to bring workmen up to speed on the job they were coming to do on a given day (and hoping we remembered everything correctly). The workmen were all courteous and professional and did good work. If your job is big enough to merit the full attention of the project managers, perhaps Case will do a great job for you. They certainly charge enough. However, if you've got a smaller job that isn't small enough for their handyman division you may want to look elsewhere.
For any big project that we are unable to do ourselves, we will always turn to Case in the future. I can't imagine a more wonderful remodeling experience. The professionalism and quality of workmanship was remarkable. We are soooo very happy that we chose Case.
Outstanding communication skills and great follow up.A lot care went into their communication process
Most knowledgeable home improvement contractor that I dealt with
We love Case Design/Remodeling, we have used them for years and we will use them forever. They are the best and they make our lives so much easier. They are a dream and the answer to my prayers. Every job we have ever done with them, they did a great job. The installation was perfect! They did everything they need to. We get them in here to fix anything we can afford and whenever something needs fixing we just call them. Rich Getty is awesome and has the best customer service. I called him when something broke as he was on his way to a wedding and he promised he would have a guy out the next day to help me. They have never done anything that was not necessary, they always gave us the best solution for a better deal, which ended up saving us a lot of money. The head of the branch manager personally made sure that my cabinets, which were left outside right before a thunderstorm, did not get wet in the rain. He actually lugged my high priced cabinets to stay dry while I was at work. I recommend them all the time to everyone and anyone. They are the best! They fix it right and wont you will never need to fix it again. I tell everyone to never even bother with another company.
My wife and I were very pleased with the experience. The designers worked closely with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, and explained the pros and cons of every choice when we were not sure. The workmen were very skillful, and really wanted to make sure we were happy with the work. They kept the inevitable mess to a minimum and always cleaned up after themselves. At the end, the work was completed within the time estimate, and was of outstanding quality. Everyone we dealt with was both honest and professional. We can highly recommend this company.
Case was very responsive in coming to look at the project. It was our master bath. They took the time to pick out fixtures. They took us to their showroom. They were very easy to contact. They completed the work in the time specified. They were professional and willing to work with us. They took the time to make sure we were happy and that everything matched. I would definitely recommend them.
Tom and James are very responsive and provide exceptional workmanship in a timely manner with little intrusion in our daily household activities. Kevin Davis has broad skills and provides all around service. Dave's ideas and use of the tight spaces typical of Arlington homes has helped us tremendously in opening up our house and taking advantage of the space that we have.
Case Design's design process was very creative and inventive. The design exceeded all of our expectations. They also knew we had a timeline and they pulled everything out to meet and actually work ahead of the schedule. They were very attentive to our needs.
We appreciate our client's kind words and feedback about his experience. It was a pleasure working with him and we hope to be able to help with any future home remodeling projects.
Dave Vogt did an exceptional job on the design. Charles Mudd, the carpenter, did an exceptional job. James Wood, the project manager, did a very very good job as well but his constant joking got grating after a while. A subcontractor by the name of Wilber Portio who did the masonry, foundation work and a patio has my particular appreciation.
The workman really do a great job. Pat Fagan, the carpenter, and his workers were great. I'd love to have them on my next job.
I liked all the people I worked with, despite the communication issues. I would work with all of them again.
They deserve a 5. The workman are always very good.
Everyone i've worked with from Case Design has been skilled, very good at looking at a problem and figuring out a really good way at handling it, and very good at communicating. I can expect that the personnel are going to be good, and good quality control from the top. I can depend on having the work foreseen efficiently, at a high quality level.
The computer program (algorithm) used by Case seems to underestimate the amount of time required for an extensive (whole interior) paint job, probably because prep time for the walls and ceilings is not accounted for adequately. This caused the schedule for our job to be rearranged and extended to accommodate the scheduled floor refinishing.. This is our second experience with Case and was much better than the first, but still leaves a bit to be desired in terms of meeting schedules.
Dan Stewart, Stan Ford, Tim Burke, and Dale Mundy were great to work with going above and beyond what might have been expected when problems arose.
Loren Sanders was an excellent project manager and eachof his team members who worked on my kitchen gave excellent value.
We were extremely happy with the quality of the renovation and impressed with Case's willingness to accommodate our changes as the project progressed. Whenever any issues needed to be addressed, our project manager (Chuck) was always available by email and responded immediately.
