I would recommend from a Marketing business perspective, to raise awareness of the handy man services division. I think most people only think of Case for the big rennovations , additions projects. While in the unprecedented housing boom times those surely are the projects that most of us would want to take add to add value to the house as credit lines and home appraisals made those additions feasible for many. But I was suprised at the value of Case for handling the smaller items, that were in many ways a huge fix for us. The labor rates were right on and I'd choose Case to come out for things in place of other companies now due to the 'one stop shop' and overall PM that any tasks gets. Everyone from Case Design that I had the occasion to deal with were very professional and represented the Case Design "name" very well. Case met my expections related to quality and doing the work right the first time. Shawn and Wilbur were very easy to work with and made sure that I was satified with their workmanship. Shawn and Wilbur were also very attentive to the cleanliness of the jobsite. During the job there was one occasion that needed clarification. David Magri and Tom Craze reacted immediately and within a few minutes the issue was clarified. For your info: I have submitted positive comments to Checkbook and as a result was contacted by an individual considering using Case Design for a remodeling project. The Case Handyman was totally a pro and very good.Some of the subcontractors on our remodel project were not very forward thinking. For example, the electrician made no suggestions about cable internet connections and the various types available that we perhaps should consider.
