This is the second time we've used Case and will definitely use them again on our next project. They have extremely talented designers and tradesman who interact with the customer in a professional manner. Quality of their work is always top notch.

I do not think you would want to publish my review of the experience we had with Case. There were too many times that things went wrong and too many times that our designer did not respond in a timely fashion. We had a very bad experience with the supplier of tiles and with the contractors Case hired to install the tiles. The project was more difficult and took much longer because of lack of oversight by Case.

They were also able to come up with appropriate cost effective solutions and we appreciated their timeliness and professionalism as well as their flexibility.

We are very happy with Case. They exhibited a high commitment to customer service, and made sure we clearly understood the process before going forward. Our designer created a lovely design for us and worked within our budget. The actual craftsmen were early every day, and actually finished the job ahead of schedule. Case really is in a class by itself, and we would not hesitate to use them again.

This was an over all bad experience. I will never use case again. They took 6 months to start and made no effort to expidite. In the initial meeting I was told there would be a project manager assigned to the job which there was but he never came to the house while work was going on. I was forced to moniter the work myself and point out items in the contract they omited which there were several. They claimed they would follow all EPA regulations with regard to lead paint such as building a dust barrier and covering air vents. None of these things where done. I would not recommend using Case.

On a personal level, Case Design/ Remodeling Inc. did a marvelous job. There was a lack of communication about the measurement for the installation but that was resolved. I would recommend Case Design/ Remodeling Inc for any and all remodeling needs.

Case installed steel posts and beams in our basement to shore up a sagging kitchen floor and installed a new limestone floor and tile backsplash in the kitchen itself. We were very pleased with Case's work. Not only was the work well done but they finished ahead of schedule enabling the entire project, which involved other vendors and contractors, to be completed on time. The Case project manager kept us apprised of the staus of the project on a daily basis and their craftsmen were very professional and courteous. We would definitely use Case again and recommend them highly.

My new kitchen is beautiful! Case Design/Remodeling did a fantastic job on it. Excellent quality cabinets, countertops, and tile/backsplash expertly installed. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again! They are first class and made the whole process go as smoothly as possible--I never had to worry about coming home to a mess or having to clean up after them. Their prices are a little higher than others charge for the same work but they are definitely worth the extra cost.

Chuck, George, Rick & Tyler offered top notch customer service. They are people that you can totally trust being in your home without supervision. They were all a real pleasure to work with. Project Manager did not communicate in any kind of timely manner and did not respond to requests for information. Things were installed that made no sense -- toilets feet away from a wall, microwave so high one could not see inside. Many orders were wrong. Drawings were inaccurate which complicated installation.

Steve, Gilmore, Stephan, and Keith were all fantastic and a pleasure to see everyday. Loren is extremely professional and very reliable. Susan did great work on our design and continues to work on our garage plan. Overall, it has been great so far. We look forward to completing the entire project with the construction of the garage.

This was our second experience with Case (and April and James) on a remodeling project. Our satisfaction with the first project led us to use Case again. April's designs were imaginative and led us to a basic change in the kitchen layout we would never have envisioned. The final design and contract were clear and followed all the way. James and his craftsmen were always on time, approachable, and responsive. The project was completed on time and in budget. We would recommend Case to anyone!

We had tried multiple contractors before Case Design. None of them worked within our budget or to our satisfaction. Case Design has surpassed all of our expectations and we will continue to keep in touch with them for our remodeling projects.

I have used Case Design two different times.With the 1st experience I had with them, they were probably one of the best companies I've ever worked with. The second time, what I got instead was a project manager that was a ghost and subcontractors that answered to their boss and not to me. I hate to slam dunk them and say you are only as good as the last bridge you built, but I wont use them again only because this is not baseball. I don't give you three tries. They did and excellent job of picking out colors and making plans. What they did not do this time was watch the contractors.I hate to give them a bad review but that is the type of work I've received.

With my many remodeling and other home projects over the years, I've had more than a few unsavory experiences with contractors and so-called craftspersons who have not followed through on their promises. Not so with Case Design. Each of the people I communicated with was friendly, honest, professional, and ever-so-patient. (Special shout-outs to Adrian, Colleen, Shawn, and Tom!) The work was done in a timely and professional manner, and every effort was made to keep things organized and clean (not easy in a small condo space). I had a yoga wall (Great Yoga/TRX) built (an unusual request--a first for them), and not without some challenges, but they took it on and I now have a great workout / retreat space. I also had a powder room, entry, and kitchen remodel done (I'm still trying to decide on my backsplash and paint color, so it's not quite done yet). My kitchen and powder room were positively ancient, but I now have modern, beautiful spaces, and more counter and storage area. I expect the value of my home is increased with these tasteful and practical updates. Once I have the finishing touches done, I'll include photos Did I end up sending more money than I wanted to? Yes, but the quality of workmanship and the products is such that I don't mind, and, well, I think most of us end up spending more money than we'd like on our home projects. Wonderful people to work with and to welcome into your home--I highly recommend them.

I am so pleased with the work completed by Case Design. I am "over-the-moon" happy with the outcome of my two bathrooms and kitchen. Before the work began, I received a letter from Case Design President/CEO and was pretty impressed that he would offer his contact information at the beginning of the renovation process. I held on to the letter in the event I would need to call him given that I've had some not-so-good experiences with workers and companies who were not accountable and I've incurred some expensive mistakes. I had an exceptional experience with Case and submitted a very positive review to Angie's List and to my friends and neighbors. I am very particular and sometimes even demanding and the Case staff stepped up the plate and provided great customer satisfaction. Rest assured that I will recommend Case Design in the future.As a single woman, I was reluctant to work on these three projects because I didn't know if I could trust the workers while I was out of the house at my job, I am very picky and wasn't sure I would be happy with the outcome of the project and of course, I didn't know if I could get the return on my investment.I can recommend, without hesitation, that all of these fears and doubts were for naught.
