He was very patient in listening to and addressing my questions and concerns. I was especially pleased with his solutions for improving the aesthetics of the trim at the stairs.I thoroughly enjoyed working with Patrick Herald during the design process as well. Once construction started, I greatly appreciated his willingness to answer questions and help with color selection.All of the subs were great, too. In particular, Leo & Rene's crew went above and beyond in helping me move things around when necessary, as did Freddy in replacing all of the outlets and switches even in non-construction areas of the second floor.

The lengthy design process was really helpful so we could avoid any "We should have... " moments after the facts.
Recognized Excellence: The whole team of course, because each individual helped us during our project: Jonas, Brian and Patrick during the design, Christine with the cabinets, Jeff and Ed later on the construction site. Also Henry with his hard work on drywall and painting. However, one person does stand out and this is Jeff. He was the most accommodating person, always ready to tweak something here, add something there. His positive attitude was a plus when we hit a couple of snags. We really appreciated all his efforts.

Construction Quality: Jeff Bienik oversees the job on site and is on top of everything. I feel VERY reassured the work is done right!!! He is 100% courteous to our neighbors and that means a lot to us. Jonas and Patrick always point us in the right direction re: quality choices for materials.
Communication: Jonas is involved in everything related to Carnemark business. That is huge. Consequently It is sometimes challenging to get answers from him via e mail to "the small stuff". When he is with you, you have him 110%. e mail reply and deadline decisions respected by both parties for would be helpful. Patrick Herald is wonderful to work with….he has the creative genes and the customer support "can do" attitude that makes us feel very cared for, and watched over!
Problem Resolution: MONUMENTALLY HIGH MARKS to Jonas, Ed, Patrick and Jeff for working through MANY difficult issues effectively with a large bureaucratic building and County.
Clean & Safe: Yaay Jeff!!!!
Employees & Subcontractors: 100%!

Employees Professionalism: They are wonderful. Jonas has built an excellent team. I don't know the "behind the scenes" crew but I KNOW they are the silent partners in much of Carnemark's success. Recommend Builder: It is such a pleasure to work with Carnemark. Each individual involved in our project is invested personally in the outcome. They are professional, caring, warm, and experts at everything they do. They are creative, practical, incredibly detailed oriented with standards of excellence. The process is never easy for the displaced customer, but I have complete faith that my work is done right!
Additional Comments: I am grateful for the opportunity to promote excellence in design/build. It is rare in almost any business to have that any more and the soil for lazy work or being taken advantage of is fertile for the naive customer. Carnemark sets the gold standard for excellence and accountability. And no, they are not my relatives ;-)

They keep their commitments and time schedulew. We have a large job with them, and they are on-schedule, and keep us well-informed as to progress. Their detailed finish schedules and weekly meetings keep everyone on-track so that the job can finish on time.

He created a truly magnificent project design and his committment and continued involvement with the project during the implementation has been extremely impressive.
