They were very knowledgeable. If I had any questions about Hardie Plank, they were able to answer them. They were honest and looked out for my best interest. My salesperson was excellent. The installers were professional and left the site clean. I am very happy with the product and the color. My new Hardie Plank siding makes my home look brand new.
Areas Of Satisfaction: Everything was great. They were clean, courteous, and they did what was promised to me. I appreciated that they let me know right away of any issues that arose.

Value: They were not the lowest and they were not the highest, but I trusted Matt. I was lied to by another company I met with, but Matt explained everything to me so I would know exactly what was going on. I really appreciated Matt taking the time to ensure I was educated about the company, the product, and the process.

Areas Of Satisfaction: I was most satisfied with the quality of the work. It was done right the first time. I was also satisfied with their willingness to interface with the homeowner. I was at home when they did the work. If I had any questions or concerns, the construction supervisor was patient and worked very well with me.
Recognized Excellence: Will, the crew supervisor, was really good. Jimmy was also great. The entire crew did a super job.

They stayed on the job, which is another thing that was great. One thing I dislike about contractors is that they'll leave the job site for a couple of days, and they never did that. They stayed right on the job and finished it and cleaned it up and everything. They were great.
Recognized Excellence: I would recognize Orlando. He was awesome. His workers were great. I didn't get to talk to them too much, but Orlando was the onsite manager with Paul. Orlando was most polite and cooperative, and I had no issues with him whatsoever. The whole organization is better than anyone I've ever used. They came all the way from Richmond to do a small project.

Additional Comments: They need to do more advertising in the Charlottesville area. They're outstanding and it's hard to find a good contractor in Charlottesville. I've had bad experiences with all of the contractors I've hired from around here. That Blue Ridge Exteriors called me and told me they would be a day late because of weather was great because they actually called and kept me informed.
