Additional Comments: I would highly recommend them. They worked hard. They started on a Monday and finished on Friday. I've gotten comments from neighbors and other professional painters. People have been very impressed with what they've done.

Current Referrals: I've actually had 5 or 6 people see the sign and take their number down in my neighborhood. I talked to them and told them how I felt about them. I only got one quote and it was from Better Built. I went around and looked at a lot of their job. Once I met with Robert, it was a done deal. Since then, it has gone perfectly. I was really impressed. I will do more work with them in the future.
Recognized Excellence: Robert was a very good salesman. Pablo from the siding crew was fantastic. If I asked anything, he got it taken care of. The job was done professionally. I was very impressed with Pablo. I wish I knew the name of the painting crew. They were equally as good.

He went out of his way to find special paint for us AND even installed two platforms under our backyard bushes for new 50 gal. rain barrels!!! He also took the time to come back and install "hanging basket" hooks under our eaves on the back patio and made sure our patio looked nice by having it pressure washed! Todd went the extra mile for us and we truly enjoyed the time spent with him. He made the project a lot of fun! We hope to do business with him again as our house project "finances" allow.

We very much appreciate Robert and his efforts in coordinating our window grid design change, our replacement door orders, and reordering replacement glass for the two smaller windows in our dining room when we decided we wanted a different grid pattern for those. George the painter and dry-wall installer did an excellent job on the work on our house.
Additional Comments: Overall, we are pleased with the work done by Better-Built Contractors and would consider hiring them again to work on future projects.

Areas Of Satisfaction: Everything was good. They cleaned up at the end of the day and nothing was leftover. The house looks great. Everything was really good and they guys that were on the job were really nice and good.
Recognized Excellence: The salesman kept in contact with me throughout the whole project. He was great the entire time and he kept things running. The guy who was in charge of the crew was great. Everyone did a very good job. It was very professional and they did a great job. I can only say good things about everyone. Every time I called them they would call me right back. Additional Comments: Anyone who is thinking about Hardie siding should know that the product is great. We had our upstairs A/C unit go out. It is currently 105º F, and our upstairs is 87º F. Before we had the Hardie installed, one of the bedrooms upstairs would stay hotter than the rest of the upstairs. We are very pleased with the efficiency of the Hardie siding.
