Communication: They communicated with us daily on what had been done as well as what was upcoming.
Quality Of Workmanship: The workmanship was incredible and they really cared about each and every detail.
Problem Resolution: The few times issues arose, concerns were dealt with immediately.
Design: Unbelievable! They really cared that the design met our expectations and matched the period of the home.
Additional Comments: I can't recommend this company enough --

This process is an on-going labor of love for me. I have currently completed remodeled one bathroom, did some minor updates to a second bathroom, completely remodeled the rec room and am currently starting on the first of three bedrooms. I especially like that I am able to save some money by doing some of the demo and paint work myself. They are extremely understanding of my budget, my schedule, and my willingness to do some of the work. You don't always find that kind of cooperation in a contractor.

In those areas where they had to follow up on a few minor issues, they were there quickly and resolved matters quickly.
Areas Of Satisfaction: One area I was most satisfied with Better Builders was in the price layout information provided by Bill Babb. It enabled us to determined what the costs were for each element of the project and add and subtract as necessary to meet our budget. My spouse and I have high expectations and Better Builders met those expectations in all aspects of the project through the quality of their workmanship (they did the work as if they were working on their own homes) to the ongoing communications. All the employees are professional and courteous. This was a fairly big project: gutting and remodel of the kitchen, den, and two bathrooms. Also included was the reconstruction of a door outside exit to a mudroom. The exterior of the home where the mudroom was added is seamless in that one could not tell the room was added to the original structure.
Lead Source: We met Bill Babb of Better Builders at the Seattle Home Show in 2011. We liked what he had to say about himself and the company and wanted to give him the opportunity to bid for the project.
