Matt was so responsive about change orders, questions and followups to concerns that we had throughout the process. We communicated daily by text message or phone calls. The schedule, change orders, photos, selections and a running cost total was always at my fingertips online through Builder Trend which was very convenient. Everything was completed exactly according to schedule except for a delay with the counter top caused by me due to the type of counter top that I wanted and a couple of other delays with the kitchen cabinets that was not related to Bailey Remodeling but to the cabinet maker/installer. Matt kept everything organized and the mess was kept to a minimum. Despite the fact that we were without our kitchen and master bath for several weeks, the time went by quickly, and honestly, Matt made it the whole experience enjoyable. I have recommended Bailey Remodeling to anyone who will listen. We intend to have some additional remodeling done within a few months, and I wouldn't even consider hiring anyone but Bailey Remodeling and Matt to do the work. These are the things that can make or break a relationship with a contactor and Bailey Remodeling DEFINATELY scored an A+.

Areas Of Satisfaction: Very courteous, always kept us well informed of project status and any cost changes, very clean job, basically whole experience was good.
Additional Comments: Would highly recommend BR&C to anyone. Great quality workmanship and did a great job of keeping inconvenience of the construction to a minimum.
