They are the best construction crew I have ever worked with. They went above and beyond to help us with some things. We removed a patio to put a deck on and they helped us save the stone. The little details in the workmanship was fabulous.

Additional Comments: I had a question just the other day about care of the deck and Bane answered me very quickly with information I really needed. Even after the job is done, they still have good follow up.

Communication: All the guys working on our deck were very friendly. I asked many questions to better understand how the deck was put together and why things were the way they were. The crew was always willing to explain and answer questions.
Schedule: We were having a house warming party in mid August. We mentioned that to Bayn who made the work scheduling work so that the deck was completed with days to spare. Thank you!
Likely To Recommend: I have already recommended Autum Wood construction several times to a few neighbors and others out of our neighborhood. The quality of work far exceeded our expectations. The installation staff was very helpful in answering questions. The sales staff were great too in helping design our custom deck.
Areas For Improvement: They exceeded our expectations.
Areas Of Satisfaction: We were satisfied with all the aspects of the work done to make our deck and patio possible.

Areas Of Satisfaction: Professionalism, quick response time in getting us quotes, design ideas. Showing a CAD design of deck and where posts would be was wonderful. Craftsmanship was wonderful as well.
