Construction Quality: The quality on this new build is solid. Good materials, clean workmanship, and the attention to detail really shows. As the first owner I've had no issues — everything has held up great since I moved in.
Sales Experience: A big thank you to my sales counselor, Tom Valeko. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He walked me through every option, answered all my questions honestly, and made the whole buying process easy to understand. I always felt taken care of, and a lot of why this went so smoothly comes down to Tom.
New Home Showroom Experience: I haven't been able to complete the showroom selections yet since I'm traveling right now, but Tom has stayed in touch the whole time, checking in to find a time that works for me. That shows he cares and wants to get it right. I appreciate how patient and proactive he's been.
Construction Experience: Tom kept me informed throughout the entire build. Updates were clear, timelines were met, and any questions I had got answered quickly. It gave me real confidence in how my home was being built.
Lender Closing Experience: The mortgage and financing side went smoothly. Everything was explained clearly, the paperwork was straightforward, and there were no last-minute surprises. A stress-free closing overall.
Allen Edwin Closing Experience: The final walkthrough and handover were easy and well organized. Tom made sure everything was in order and that I understood each step, so I felt completely confident signing. A great way to finish the process.
Customer Care Experience: Customer care has been excellent. Anytime I've had a question or needed something, Tom responded quickly and made sure I was looked after. It's clear he values his homeowners well beyond the sale.
