This project was undertaken with only a general plan, and the foreman and workers on site were able to consult successfully with the homeowner to arrive at practical and aesthetically satisfying solutions to any unforeseen issues as they arose, and were flexible and cooperative in facilitating the homeowners' wishes, and bringing the homeowners' vision to fruition. All my dealing with ADR were positive, but in my view, the attitude of the man on site was the single biggest factor to making this project the success it was.

They really surpassed our expectations in terms of resolving problems quickly and professionally. I wish them every success in the future. If anything, I sometimes wonder if Gary and Jane do enough to let other people know what quality work they provide when compared to other builders out there. Other builders we sought estimates from tried to control which former clients we spoke to. Gary and Jane gave us a list of practically everyone they ever worked with and said we could call any of them. A few other neighbors have mentioned that they sought an estimate for work they needed done from ADR after our project was done, but decided against going with ADR because of the cost. For our job, given all the work that was done and the quality of the work done, I sometimes wondered how ADR was making money off the job. I felt we were getting great value. I haven't seen the neighbors completed projects, but I can't imagine they got equal work for significantly less money.
