The problem is with your customer service! We made an appointment and your sales rep did not show. We were not contacted and advised he would not be coming. After an hour we called to find out where he was and were told he would not be coming. We were supposed to get a $50 gift card for the appointment. We were told that if we were willing to reschedule we would get an additional $50 gift card. We made a second appointment for that afternoon. That rep came and did a great job with his presentation and we did in fact buy windows. However, we still have not gotten the $100 in gift cards. The friend who recommended you has never gotten his referral fee!
I think they're great windows and great quality.

I would like to compliment our salesperson, Kevin, for his professionalism and the level of detail that he gave in the sales appointment. The quality of information he provided and then the quality of the product from Window Nation was great! He also let us know how the process would work, and he was incredibly timely, he rang my doorbell at the exact time he said he would be here. Overall, I am very satisfied with the consultation, and Kevin is one of the main reasons that we went with Window Nation for our project.

The team did a very good job.
They were neat, polite and efficient. I had to reschedule several times due to bad weather. They were pleasant and cooperative with rescheduling.
I have no complaints about the quality of the product. However, I was highly disatisfied with the quality of the installation. I replaced the windows primarily to get a good seal around the windows and replace the rotten wood. I had to tell the installers on 3 occasions during the install that they needed to replace peices of rotten wood. They were attempting to just cover up the rotten wood with the metal decorative trim. I shouldn't have had to monitor this job to make sure it was done properly.

This is my experience with this company, they never disappoint.
The entire process was great. From the sales rep, to the measurements person, to the installation crew, everyone was trrrific and professional.
Either the salesperson or Window Nation itself were not clear with me; some things changed, and I was not aware of the changes.
Every part in the process from sales to service to follow up was awesome. No complaints whatsoever.
They are unresponsive in resolving workmanship issues.
Each person with whom I interacted was nice, patient, and very helpful. Communication was also wonderful.
Everything from start to finished has gone wrong on this install and Window Nation does not respond.
Everyone from representative Jimmy Powers to measurement to installers were efficient and on time with every aspect of contract.
Overall a great experience with Window Nation. Easy to schedule appointments, the Install team was prompt and finished on time.
