The Big50 Customer Service Awards recognize those Big50 Remodelers who deliver exceptional customer service. To identify the winners, GuildQuality will survey each candidate’s most recent 50 customers (or, if they have had more than 50 customers in the past 12 months, GuildQuality will survey a random 50 clients from their 2012 customer list).
After you submit your company information via the form below, you’ll be provided with a link to the information GuildQuality needs in order to survey your past customers. We’ll also follow up to share with you more about the surveying process and answer any questions you may have.
As GuildQuality receives survey responses from your customers, youâ€™ll be copied on all the feedback we receive. Once we complete the surveying, we’ll review all the feedback we receive on behalf of all the applicants to help the editors of Remodeling determine which companies should receive a 2013 Big50 Customer Service Award.
Please note: Weâ€™re expanding eligibility to include members of Big50 classes from the prior five years. So if that’s you, please feel free to apply again for the 2013 Big50 Customer Service Award!
Hanley Wood will recognize the winners in the May 2013 edition of Remodeling and during the awards ceremony at the Remodeling Leadership Conference on May 9th and 10th.
