Awards Evaluation Process

GuildQuality will survey each candidate’s most recent 50 customers (or, if they’ve had more than 50 customers in the last year, GuildQuality will randomly select 50 from their prior twelve months of customers). Each candidate will receive survey responses in real-time as each of their customers shares feedback. Normally 70% of homeowners respond to GuildQuality surveys.

Choosing The Winners

By the end of November, we will complete surveying for all candidates, compile the results, and identify the top performers.

Promoting The Winners

GuildQuality will promote the award winners on our website, through partnerships with local media, and in the real estate and homes sections of Atlanta’s major publications. In addition to an award, winners will also receive logos for use on their websites and in print.
