GuildQuality was honored last week by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a recipient of their Best Places to Work Award. GQ earned the #25 ranking from among 500 small business applicants representing a variety of industries.
Each nominated company was contacted in July, and asked to participate in a survey produced by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The Best Places to Work were determined based on survey responses from company employees regarding work environment, people practices and other matrices.
Earlier this month GuildQuality CEO, Geoff Graham, shared the following about GuildQuality’s unique and inviting atmosphere: “Our work environment is a product of each of our team members’ commitment to making GuildQuality a special place to work, to preserving and strengthening our culture, and to caring for our wonderful members. I’m glad to be a part of such a great group of people.”
Since it’s launched in 2003, GuildQuality has grown to be the preeminent provider of customer surveying solutions for the building industry.
Some notable things about GuildQuality’s company culture and working environment:
We have a Results Only Work Environment.
We practice open book management.
Our people can work from wherever they’re most productive — whether that’s at home, in the office, or in a coffee shop.
We don’t keep track of sick days or vacation days. If you need time off, you take it.
We value initiative. Our working environment is great for people who are action-oriented and focused on results.
Every person at GuildQuality moves the needle.
GuildQuality is currently recruiting for positions in sales, engineering and design.
