Big50 Service Excellence Award Application
The Big50 Service Excellence Awards recognize those Big50 Remodelers who deliver exceptional customer service. To identify the winners, GuildQuality will survey each candidate’s most recent 50 customers (or, if they have had more than 50 customers in the past 12 months, GuildQuality will survey a random 50 clients from their 2011 customer list).
As a recent Big50 Remodeler, we hope you’ll consider applying to receive a Big50 Service Excellence Award in 2012.
After you submit your company information via the form below, you’ll be provided with a link to the information GuildQuality needs in order to survey your past customers. We’ll also follow up to share with you more about the surveying process and answer any questions you may have.
As GuildQuality receives survey responses from your customers, you’ll be copied on all the feedback we receive. Once we complete the surveying, we’ll review all the feedback we receive on behalf of all the applicants to help the editors of Remodeling determine which companies should receive a 2012 Big50 Service Excellence Award.
We’ll recognize the winners in the May 2012 edition of Remodeling and during the awards ceremony at the Remodeling Leadership Conference in Baltimore on May 11th and 12th.
