As promised, I have some awesome photos to share of the GuildQuality Backyard Battle Champion’s home interior. If you thought the outdoor living area of this Prestige Custom Builders project was breathtaking, open the front door and take a look inside.

As you may remember from my post earlier this month, the Seattle project was actually a whole home renovation. Prestige’s clients found an older home on a corner lot in the Canterbury neighborhood in Madison Park with room for everything, yet still meeting their criteria for a more simplified living space.
Prestige Custom Builders went to work, stripping the entire home to its foundation. The project entailed a total rebuild from the first floor and replacing what was once an ordinary swimming pool with a tranquil Japanese-inspired oasis.
The Prestige Custom Builders team was tasked with incorporating elegant, northwest contemporary architecture inside and out! The new layout included formal living and dining rooms, kitchen, library, bath, first floor master suite, wine room, gracious family room, and of course the adjacent outdoor entertainment pavilion.
Take a look at the kitchen and living room:

All the bamboo cabinets for the matching kitchen and family room units required custom building. Peering out from the living room wall you’ll spot a hidden wine room Prestige Custom Builders created for their clients.
And now onto the master bath and master bedroom:

Prestige’s clients asked for and received a spa like oasis for their master bath, including blue granite, platinum finished fixtures and a glass block over the tub. Limestone tile covers the walls and floor.
The master bedroom opens to the outdoors, providing the homeowners access to their hot tub and into the Asian – influenced garden.
