And the 2007 Guildmaster Awards go to…

Mar 01 2007 by David Wheeler in Member news

GuildmasterGuildQuality is pleased to announce our 2007 Guildmaster Award winners. These Guildmembers have a minimum customer recommendation rate of 90% from all customers in 2006 and a minimum survey response rate of 70%.*

We gave out three levels of award:

Guildmaster with Highest Distinction (90% or greater customer recommendation rate and a 90% or greater survey response rate)

Guildmaster with Distinction (90% or greater recommendation rate and an 80% or greater response rate)

Guildmaster (90% or greater recommendation rate and a 70% or greater response rate)

* To be eligible for a Guildmaster Award, GuildQuality must have surveyed all of the member’s customers in 2006 for larger members and as many as the last several years of customers for small-volume members.

Adding the volume and or monetary amount of work each builder does each year could make the survey more informative.

Why don’t we have 100% recommendation rate catagory?

We are disappointed that we were not recognized for this award. We signed up Jan 07 after having all our 2006 clients surveyed.
    Thank you .

Linda - y’all are definitely on track for next year, but we based the awards on data we had as of Dec 31. So in signing up in Jan, you just missed the cut. Keep up the excellent work, though!

Phil - you are right. We definitely have room for enhancing our reporting in this category and I hear you loud and clear. We did introduce peer comparisons by price point some time ago, but that enhancement hasn’t made it’s way to our awards processes yet.

And re: 100% recommendation rate category: we just haven’t added something like that. I like the idea–perhaps rather than giving that award out once per year, we simple give it out upon a member hitting certain milestones while preserving their 100% recommendation rate (like 25, 50, 75, and a 100 customers).
