For the 18th consecutive year, the S.J. Janis Company, a full-service design-build firm in Wauwatosa, WI, won an award at the Milwaukee/NARI-sponsored Wisconsin Remodeler of the Year Awards presented on January 19, 2007. They were recognized in the following categories:
- Residential Kitchen $60,000 - $100,000 - Bronze Award
- Residential Bath over $60,000 - Silver Award
- Lower Level over $50,000 - Silver Award
- Residential Addition $100,000 - $250,000 - Bronze Award
- Residential Historical Renovation/Restoration - Silver Award
- Overall Marketing Campaign - Silver Award
