    Universal Windows Direct was on time and very efficient, They worked together to get job finished as promised. I love my tilt in windows, they are so easy to clean.

    I saw the windows up at the convention center in Clevland, Ohio and was impressed by the window and salesman. We contacted Universal Windows Direct and the whole operation was flawless from beginning to end.

    I was most satisfied with the installation and how quick it was. They did a very good job, worked well as a team, and it only took half a day to complete the project.

    I do not know of any area that I could recommend improving. One window pane had a scratch/crack(?) and when I called them, they immediately ordered a new pane and installed it within the 2 week time frame they had projected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    The installation crew was so helpful when taking down blinds. They were also very mindful of my toddler who was napping at the time.
