The location and the Community are appealing. The sales people are delightful. The construction crew leaves MUCH to be desired. A track builder is the answer you will mostly hear when issues are brought up. In my opinion Epcon is over priced for what you get. Workmanship is acceptable on most things but not all. Andy Brown was great, but resigned shortly after construction started. No on-site sales consultant assigned to us.Josh Adams was very responsive, but workers were sloppy.

Of course We had a few questions and concerns along the way, after all it’s a big leap of faith to have a home built while living over 500 miles away. Niki and Jason were always quick to investigate and respond back to us...and not just with a simple reassurance but with knowledgeable explanations...

I would recommend Epcon Communities to a friend. The quality and the concept is great and the floor plans are perfect for seniors. We looked at quite a few communities and found that Epcon stood out among the rest.

I moved into a new house about a year ago. All of the toilets seem to be a little cheap in that:
