Construction Quality: Yes. They are thorough and do top notch work. That's what has us returning to them. We trust their insight, concern and focus on doing the job right, and meeting all craftsmanship expectations that we might have. This is their strength! They have impressed us, as well as our friends and family when they've seen the work that CB has done for us.
Clean & Safe: Tidied up daily. We have kids, and we've never had a concern.
Employees & Subcontractors: Absolutely. This has also had us returning to CB over the years for our house repairs, renovations, etc... They hire great people, only work with professional and extremely polite subcontractors, and everyone that has ever been on our property during a CB job has been outstanding. Even my neighbors have commented about this numerous times.
Trust: Absolutely. It's one of the reasons we continue to work with them even though they seem comparatively expensive.
Punchlist: They have always been very attentive in these areas, and take care of things quickly.
Areas Of Satisfaction: The thoroughness of the design and contracting process. Also, the final products. We had multiple things done this last time around, and every one of them was outstanding: replacement of all exterior wood with composites, new front porch stone pillars, some minor interior electrical, resurfacing and staining of all main floor hardwood flooring, and a new brick mailbox. Every one of these finished products is exquisite, and everyone has commented very positively about the quality of work.

Their follow up was also great. They are dedicated to the job and satisfying customer needs. That is very important. Sometimes it takes other companies months to respond. They also do follow ups and schedule a to to make sure that things are done to the customer's satisfactions.
