They were very professional. They cleaned up very well and didn't leave one little drop. When they clean up after a mess like that, other companies leave a lot of residue and stuff. Everything was swept, vacuumed, and very professional.

After living for 6 months with no kitchen or laundry room our renters moved out. It was another 5 months before someone was able to move in.We had no problem with the people that came out & did the work. It is the way that the business is run that was difficult.

I would recommend CRBR to a friend or acquaintance should the need arise from fire, flood, water damage or remodeling needs. They were friendly, professional and explained the process to my satisfaction.

It's not very often that my expectations are met, but they exceeded them in every way.

They were thorough and stayed longer than what was required. I did feel bad for them.

CRBR as a company it fabulous - they are responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The only difficulty I had with them was that their sub contractors take a VERY long time to complete a job. Again, the personnel at the sub were great - very helpful and friendly, just SLOW (it took 8 months for one storm repair and 10 months for another storm repair the next year.) The jobs were beautifully done - and I was pleased with the results - finallyh!
